About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at R W Gibson Consulting Services Ltd. as a key member of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations
    • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to support business growth and development.
  • Recruitment and Selection
    • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development
    • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Oversee the preparation of reports to track HR metrics and provide insights for business improvement.
  • Advisory and Support
    • Advise senior management on HR-related matters, including policy development and implementation.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on HR-related issues.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in human resources software and Microsoft Office.
