About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at Dynamic Concept. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our companies by overseeing their visibility, outreach, and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization plan to drive business growth
  • Design and implement a communications strategy to engage with our target audience
  • Plan and organize trade shows and events to showcase our products and services
  • Promote our company and attract new clients through various marketing initiatives
  • Manage our social media presence and traditional media relations
  • Update our website and corporate image to reflect our brand identity
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients
  • Represent our company at events and conferences
  • Support and contribute to our sales team
  • Produce sales reports and statistics to inform business decisions
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing and communications
  • Excellent French language skills (oral and written)
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required due to our international clientele
