**The Role**

*Your weekly schedule will be flexible and will vary depending on in-store demo availability and the needs of the cultivation, operation and sales teams.

In-Store Retail Demos:

- Conduct captivating in-store product demonstrations, educating customers about our sustainably grown food products.
- Craft positive and memorable shopping experiences, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions that align with our values.

Merchandising:

- Ensure the prominent and well-maintained placement of our products in retail locations.
- Create eye-catching merchandising displays that reflect our brand and drive sales.
- Manage product inventory and ensure its consistent and appealing presence in stores.

Food Service Delivery:

- Coordinate the timely delivery of our sustainably grown food products to various food service establishments.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with food service clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide product samples and information to food service customers to encourage continued support.

Account Management:

- Foster existing accounts by cultivating strong relationships with retailers and food service clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our product range.
- Work with the marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies.

Operations Support:

- Ensure seamless coordination between departments to optimize processes critical for maintaining timely product delivery and availability for in-store demonstrations and food service deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Cultivation Team to ensure efficient logistics for harvesting, packaging, and distribution of sustainably grown food products, ensuring they are readily available for demonstrations and deliveries.
- Support in coordinating with various internal departments, such as production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure that all necessary resources are available and aligned to meet the Client Relations Representative's requirements for successful demos, deliveries, and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related roles is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and adept at engaging with a diverse customer base.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Committed to growing with Heartee Foods
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-store demos and food service deliveries.
