About the Role

Masonal Stone Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 1-2 staff members in various areas of responsibility.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
    • Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or operations role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

    • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Work Schedule
    • Work 30-40 hours per week.
