We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Network Automation Specialist within our IT department. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about network management, system virtualization, and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and implementing system maintenance strategies
  • Preparing training materials for end-users
  • Continuously monitoring and ensuring system performance
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Assisting client services and managing initial response protocols
  • Overseeing incidents, modifications, and service requests
  • Engaging in system enhancement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience with Cisco, VMware, and Palo Alto technologies
  • Familiarity with network automation tools such as Ansible and Nautobot
  • Strong programming skills in Python for automation tasks
  • Experience with IT Service Management and DevOps practices
  • Previous experience in the retail sector is advantageous
  • Cisco Certification is beneficial
