Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at A1 Trusses (1993) Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
