Job Summary

New Metador Inc is seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and lead a team of sales associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and supervise store staff
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train and develop skills in retail management
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Willing to relocate for the right opportunity
Work Environment

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational skills and a client-focused approach.
