Hotel Receptionist

Panda Pod Hotel is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Arrival and Departure Processing: Process group arrivals and departures, taking care to ensure seamless transitions for our guests.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with guests.
- Hotel Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local points of interest.
- Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
- Communication: Answer telephones, relay messages, and assist guests with special needs in a timely and respectful manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment: This is a temporary, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
