We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Panda Pod Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a temporary employment duration and 40 hours per week work schedule.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
