Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indigenous Trust Specialist to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Indigenous Client Relationship Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and technical expertise to Indigenous Trust clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Relationship Management: Provide high-quality sales and service to Indigenous Trust clients to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Trust Account Management: Provide technical expertise for all aspects of Trust account management and administration to ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with partners and the regional team as part of the client/relationship management solution.
  • Business Development: Identify and make referrals to other business groups as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Education: Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Strong knowledge of Personal Trust Administration processes and procedures.
  • Skills: Broad knowledge of Trust Tax, Trust Accounting and Investment Management, fiduciary laws and relevant tax regulations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth, Collaboration & team skills - In-depth, Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth, Influence skills - In-depth, Data-driven decision making - In-depth.
What We Offer

BMO offers a competitive salary range of $51, $96,500.00, a salaried pay type, and a comprehensive total compensation package that includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards.
