Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Floor Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining a stocked and zoned sales floor, and assisting customers in meeting their shopping needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting with product inquiries, and resolving customer issues.
  • Review and manage workload for assigned areas of the store, ensuring that merchandise is accurately stocked and zoned.
  • Work merchandise, cap bins, and stock picks to support the Customer Availability Process, ensuring that products are readily available for customers.
  • Complete price changes and accurately sign merchandise, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Print, set, and finalize modulars, set features, and merchandising areas, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Complete section work, including modular integrity, PI, and shelf capacity errors, to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Work recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and complete zoning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring that merchandise is accurately stocked and zoned.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
  • Assist and support other task teams as needed, to fulfill customer expectations and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
