Ryzen Solutions is seeking a dedicated On-Site Technical Support Engineer to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with performing installations, upgrades, service assistance, and maintenance at client locations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing and overseeing product installations and upgrades within the designated area.
- Identifying and resolving technical challenges across various systems.
- Efficiently managing service call scheduling and inventory of parts.
- Establishing and nurturing customer relationships while effectively collaborating with internal teams.
- Keeping abreast of the latest practices and procedures in the industry.
- Carrying out additional related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- An associate degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in field service, electronics, or the medical device sector.
- Capability to lift up to 80 lbs. and willingness to travel frequently.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish or French is advantageous.
