Position Overview

The Vice President of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and execution for CTS GLOBAL LOGISTICS CANADA INC. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management.

Educational Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and organize the formation of key departments and senior management roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Establish and oversee financial and administrative controls; develop and approve marketing strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, fostering optimal working conditions.
