Job Title: Travel Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Jade Tours. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert travel advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Planning: Plan and book travel itineraries for clients, including flights, hotels, and activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest travel products and services, including destinations, transportation options, and accommodation types.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, travel suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve travel-related issues, such as cancellations, delays, and changes.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience in the travel industry is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Galileo, Amadeus, and MS Office.
