Data Integrity Manager – KEMP CARE NETWORK

We are inspired by the vision of Dr. Bob Kemp, serving the emotional, physical, social, and spiritual needs of individuals living with a progressive life-limiting illness until the end of life. Our residential, outreach, and bereavement programs support them, their bereaved, and our community through compassionate hospice palliative care.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Development staff to utilize research, data tools, and best practices to engage with donors and prospects.
  • Manage donor insights efficiently and accurately to promote data-driven resource development.
  • Work with the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate information for forecasting, reporting, and audit purposes.
  • Oversee the donor database, including gift processing, to maintain a high standard of data integrity.
  • Administer and manage records, defining best practices, policies, and procedures for consistency within the database.
  • Produce a monthly donation report for financial reconciliation and provide corresponding documentation for audit purposes.
  • Contribute to general administration support for the department.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and flexible.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding organizational ability, including capacity to multi-task.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of related experience.
  • Experience working as part of a fundraising/sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of donor relations and stewardship best practices.
  • Knowledge of CRA standards for audit purposes.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., Donor Perfect, Raisers Edge, Salesforce).
  • Experience working with a not-for-profit organization is an asset.
