Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing assessment and consultative services to support students with communication delays or disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and consultative services to support students with communication delays or disorders
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans for students
- Provide clinical supervision to support personnel who provide direct intervention to students
- Develop and present in-services for teaching and support staff
Qualifications:
- Current Registration with CASLPO
- Experience working in an educational setting
- Experience using a collaborative consultation service delivery model
- Experience in Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Experience in using Social Thinking concepts and programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and own reliable transportation
