About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Homescan Operations group, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's efforts to sell and service consumer data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve telephone and email queries from our Household Panel Members
  • Assist panel members with problems concerning scanner operations and update all panel information
  • Utilize excellent English and French communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals
  • Stay up-to-date with MSOffice, including Excel, to effectively manage data and tasks
