We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Watson Motor Inn INC. as a key member of our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
