About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Services Coordinator to join our team at Motor City Controls Corp. As an Administration Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Priorities: Develop and implement effective work plans to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Assist in Budget Preparation: Collaborate with management to prepare operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Regularly assess and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Develop and implement budget plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Prepare Standards and Schedules: Develop and implement standards and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor Safety Conditions: Ensure a safe working environment by monitoring and addressing any safety concerns.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all business activities are in compliance with government regulations.
  • Perform Financial Calculations: Conduct financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise staff and assign duties to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Help with Scheduling and Workflow: Assist with scheduling and workflow to ensure smooth operation of business.
  • Recommend Productivity Measures: Identify and recommend measures to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Estimate Costs: Estimate costs of operations in terms of labor, equipment, and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Area of Work Experience: Project coordination.
  • Area of Specialization: Project management and accounting.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, reliability, time management, and leadership skills.
