Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure quality control standards are met
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to ensure the smooth operation of our food service team. You will be required to work 30 to 40 hours per week in a permanent position.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
