Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Sales Representative to join our team at the Human Capital Department. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Promote and sell products and/or services to meet customer needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Parts Management: Record all sales and/or counter transactions, process parts orders, and verify receipting-in of shipments.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with maintaining inventory levels, stocking duties, and ensuring the parts department is clean and orderly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in maintaining department reports, identifying shortages, and expediting issues by reporting to the manager.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Language: Bilingual in French and English.
  • Skills: Basic data entry/keyboarding skills, basic parts and machinery knowledge of Powersports, Stihl, and/or John Deere.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • License: Valid Drivers License and Clean Drivers Abstract.
