Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Green Diamond Equipment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and previously enjoyed BRP (Powersport) products to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in a professional manner to customers in a defined sales area
  • Utilize a CRM program to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Develop and execute an effective sales process from start to finish
  • Work in a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced environment
  • Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially salable by the dealership
  • Monitor competitive activity/products and timely communicate to management
  • Maintain all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
  • Know and follow a defined sales process
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of customer events
  • Conduct new equipment field demonstrations
  • Monitor trends in customer's business activities and timely communicate to management via our CRM
  • Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
  • Attend applicable sales training events/seminars

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years sales experience
  • Knowledge of BRP (Bombardier Recreational) equipment an asset
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Coachable and a desire to learn
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
  • High School diploma preferred
  • Positive dynamic and infectious attitude that drives success
