Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Building Electrician to join our team of experts in electrical engineering and design. As a key member of our multidisciplinary design team, you will work on a wide range of electrical aspects for various projects, including new buildings, upgrades, and optimization of existing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys and create site plans
  • Participate in the design of electrical systems for institutional and industrial buildings, including normal and emergency power distribution, lighting, security systems, automation, and telecommunications
  • Prepare detailed design deliverables using AutoCAD and REVIT software
  • Ensure compliance with design standards and regulations
  • Conduct site visits and participate in project supervision
  • Recommend solutions for technical issues and problems under the supervision of an engineer
  • Provide support to engineers, technicians, and designers in the team on more complex tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma in a related field, such as electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license
  • Card ASP Construction
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French
