Job Summary

We are looking for a senior electrical engineer to lead and manage electrical engineering projects for industrial clients in Quebec and Canada. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in large industrial projects
  • Strong technical and functional skills in electrical distribution (medium and low voltage)
  • Experience in team leadership and management
