","ul": [{"li": "Assist with food preparation, including portioning and wrapping foods, and preparing simple food items."}, {"li": "Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and place dishes in storage areas."}, {"li": "Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment."}, {"li": "Handle and store cleaning products, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas."}, {"li": "Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, and assist with food service, including setting tables and clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs."}], "h2": "Requirements", "p": "To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar field. You will also need to have a Food Safety Certificate, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
