Insurance Service Consultant Opportunity
Cowan Insurance Group is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Insurance Service Consultant to provide exceptional service and support to our clients with Third Party Administration (TPA) / Third Party Payor (TPP) services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support insurance consultants and internal partners in managing client accounts with TPA/TPP services.
- Resolve client issues and inquiries, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
- Provide service support to clients and members regarding their group benefit plans.
- Review insurance contracts and booklets for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with marketing submissions and client communications.
- Collaborate on projects and initiatives as required.
- Maintain accurate records within EPIC system.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
