Senior Bilingual Consultant for Strategic Facilitation

Our esteemed client in the Public Sector is in search of a Senior Bilingual Facilitator Consultant to guide the strategic and operational planning of an upcoming Retreat. This initiative is aimed at enabling Senior Management to assess and refine the Minister's directives, program objectives, and overarching business agenda. The focus will be on identifying key factors and drivers that may influence the execution of these objectives, thereby establishing clear and achievable business and management priorities.

Retreat Objectives:
  1. Evaluate the current fiscal year and outline deliverables for the upcoming period, ensuring alignment with program mandates;
  2. Discuss the implications of the Hybrid working model;
  3. Analyze the financial landscape for the upcoming fiscal year.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. Over 10 years of experience in facilitating meetings, operational planning, and delivering presentations to Senior Executives using PowerPoint;
  2. Possession of Enhanced Reliability Clearance;
  3. Fluency in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Facilitator Consultant will be responsible for the development, design, and facilitation of the Retreat and the subsequent Executive Debrief session. The Consultant's tasks will include:

  1. Leading the strategic and operational planning for the Retreat;
  2. Engaging with the Deputy Minister and the Strategic Integration and Governance management team to finalize objectives, expected outcomes, and methodologies for the Retreat and debrief sessions;
  3. Creating the agenda and necessary documentation for these meetings;
  4. Ensuring adherence to the timeline to complete the planned agenda within the allocated time;
  5. Drafting a bilingual PowerPoint presentation, followed by a finalized version summarizing the Retreat outcomes;
  6. Presenting the PowerPoint to the Program and Senior Management Board;
  7. Incorporating feedback from the debrief session to revise the PowerPoint presentation for the Strategic Integration and Governance Directorate;
  8. Preparing and delivering key messages for the Program and Senior Executives Debrief Session.

The Senior Facilitator Consultant will collaborate closely with the Strategic Integration and Governance Unit, which will provide logistical and planning support throughout the process.
