Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide guidance and training to security staff on safety procedures, company policies, and job duties.
  • Emergency Response
    • Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, including incident reports and performance metrics.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of security quality, ensuring that all security protocols are followed and enforced.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Security Guard License
Work Environment
