Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Employee Onboarding
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and other onboarding activities
- HR Administration
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA
- Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs
- Communication and Reporting
- Develop and distribute HR-related communications, including company-wide announcements and policy updates
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, including recruitment metrics and employee engagement surveys
- Education
- College diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
