Intermediate Program Manager

Donna Cona Inc. is actively searching for an Intermediate Program Manager to support a significant client. This role is structured as a sub-contract with a flexible work arrangement, requiring in-office presence three days a week.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration
  • Preferred advanced degree or certifications like PMP or ITIL
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in technology transitions
  • Experience in managing vendor and workforce technology transitions
  • Strong expertise in coordinating and evaluating technology processes
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure and technology operations
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate coordination among internal technology teams during the transition phase
  • Analyze existing technology processes and workflows for enhancement
  • Define transition requirements and establish timelines
  • Support the development of business cases for technology transitions
  • Manage projects from initiation through to completion
  • Identify and address risks related to technology transitions
