Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive support services for academic programs and stakeholders
  • Serve as a resource for students, faculty, and external collaborators
  • Oversee daily operations and administrative functions
  • Improve the educational experience through ongoing development opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Management
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe applications, and database management
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
