· Uphold high standards of quality and performance across all program-related projects.

· Lead multiple project teams to achieve program milestones and objectives.

· Manage financial resources effectively to optimize productivity.

· Collaborate with Program Leads and cross-functional teams to create standardized processes that support agile project management.

· Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

· Identify and mitigate risks associated with program initiatives, producing comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

· Prepare and present progress reports to governance committees, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

· Mentor designated staff to ensure continuity in operational activities.

· Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials to support program delivery.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Regularly review project sequencing to manage dependencies effectively.

· Track program progress against established success metrics.

· Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to drive change initiatives.

· Support the development of modernization strategies for service delivery.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while promoting quality improvement.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in program management or a related managerial role.

· Strong understanding of strategic alignment and program scope management.

· Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and foster collaboration.

· Familiarity with public sector project management methodologies is an asset.

· Relevant educational background in management or a related field.
