- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases and promote sales of our products.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve supply chain issues, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Organize Inventory: Manage inventory levels, receive shipments, and maintain a clean and organized store.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of sales associates, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Manage payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks for store employees.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and develop plans for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
