Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve their performance and achieve sales goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
- Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
