Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Asengana. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including managing sales teams, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stock movements.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
