Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and Manage Daily Operations
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Supervise and Support Team Members
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Train staff on new policies and procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Manage Administrative Tasks
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team, including preparing and distributing reports and minutes of meetings.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Manage contracts and agreements, including negotiating and finalizing terms.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Google Docs and other productivity tools.
