About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ViaChem Inc. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Daily Operations
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Supervise and Support Team Members
    • Supervise and motivate staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
    • Train staff on new policies and procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Manage Administrative Tasks
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, including preparing and distributing reports and minutes of meetings.
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
    • Manage contracts and agreements, including negotiating and finalizing terms.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with Google Docs and other productivity tools.
