About the Role

The Business Development Representative Level II plays a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, and supporting partner enablement. As a subject matter expert (SME) on products and programs, you will act as a liaison between the sales organization and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Conduct vendor training and provide guidance on products and programs to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track and manage vendor pipelines, qualifying leads, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and reporting on vendor initiatives.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of vendor products and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive results-driven solutions.
  • Utilize problem-solving and technical knowledge to address customer requests and concerns.
  • Participate in sales team account planning and reviews to ensure alignment and success.
  • Attend industry-specific training as needed to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or a related field preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and terminology.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and vendors.
  • Proficient in basic math, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and promote ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
