Business Development Representative II

The Business Development Representative Level II plays a pivotal role in maintaining customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, and supporting partner enablement. As a subject matter expert (SME) on products and programs, you will act as a key liaison between the sales organization and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with vendors on strategic initiatives, fostering partnerships that drive business growth.
- Conduct vendor training and provide product/program guidance, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
- Track and manage vendor pipelines, qualifying leads, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-up and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of vendor products and industry trends, staying ahead of the competition.
- Analyze data to identify improvement areas and drive results, leveraging insights to inform business decisions.
- Utilize problem-solving and technical knowledge to address customer requests and concerns.
- Participate in sales team account planning and reviews, contributing to strategic business growth.
- Attend industry-specific training as needed, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in business or a related field preferred; high school diploma required.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and terminology, with excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and promote ideas, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
