Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BTown Services and Collision. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, meeting minutes, and other important documents.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and events, including arranging travel, making reservations, and preparing materials.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
