Clinical Therapist

Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking highly skilled Clinical Therapists to join our team in various roles within the organization.
- Community Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions - Adult: As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide assessment, treatment, crisis management, and engage in quality initiatives to support patients with mental health and addiction issues.
- Child & Adolescent Services: In this role, you will deliver evidence-based assessments and treatments to children and youth with mental disorders, working closely with families and caregivers to develop effective treatment plans.
- SchoolsPlus: As a Clinical Therapist, you will offer services in school environments to support students and families, promoting mental health and well-being in a supportive and inclusive setting.
- Urgent Care: In this critical role, you will provide advanced crisis intervention and care planning for urgent cases, working collaboratively with emergency services and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective support.
- Clinical Virtual Care Team: As a Clinical Therapist, you will conduct assessments, psychotherapy, and group facilitation via virtual platforms, providing accessible and convenient support to patients across the province.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Master's Degree in a clinical health-related field, current registration with a relevant regulatory body, and at least two years of clinical experience. Competency in languages other than English, particularly French, is an asset.

Clinical Therapist: $49.04 per hour
Clinical Therapist (Developmental): $42.01 per hour
Eligible candidates may receive signing bonuses and relocation assistance with return of service agreements.
