Position Overview

The Vice President of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies of Global Hire Placement Services Inc. This leadership position requires a blend of strategic vision and operational expertise.

Educational Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the allocation of resources—material, human, and financial—to effectively execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of key departments and oversee the recruitment of senior personnel.
  • Set strategic objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs that align with these goals.
  • Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or appoint delegates as necessary.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
Work Environment
