POSITION SUMMARY

The primary focus of this role is to manage the complete recruitment process while also being adaptable to other related functions as necessary. This position emphasizes the importance of creating positive experiences for candidates and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders. We seek professionals who can act as trusted advisors to hiring managers, identify and attract top talent, and maintain a proactive recruiting approach.

Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills are essential to engage with our leadership team and navigate complex situations with technical proficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a strategic recruitment consultant and partner to our Fashion and Creative divisions.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on addressing talent shortages and anticipating future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to define roles, responsibilities, and create compelling job descriptions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a recruitment expert across various markets and time zones, driving initiatives that promote a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture.
  • Challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders to ensure a fair and effective hiring process.
  • Utilize metrics to inform recruitment strategies while considering qualitative factors in decision-making.
  • Partner with legal teams on visa matters to attract top talent globally.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of five years of experience in comprehensive recruitment, preferably within Fashion and Creative sectors.
  • A proactive approach to recruitment, leading processes in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish clarity in uncertain situations.
  • A demonstrated commitment to enhancing candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Experience in building relationships with high-caliber passive candidates over time.
  • A marketing-oriented mindset, capable of sourcing talent through innovative methods beyond traditional channels.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing hiring targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Focus on enhancing candidate and hiring manager experiences, along with key recruitment metrics that drive success.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • This position requires on-site work during standard business hours.
