Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Pro Embroidery and Gifts Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
