Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Fruiticana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, stockroom personnel, and management team members.
  • Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of store transactions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in the store.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment, including inventory and stockroom areas.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail store management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
