Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at A & A Meat Shop Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Ordering and Inventory Management
The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for ordering merchandise, organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
Team SupervisionThe successful candidate will supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Cash Handling and SalesThe Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing cash, processing sales, and maintaining accurate records.
Store MaintenanceThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years
Working ConditionsThe Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular interactions with customers and colleagues. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A high level of integrity and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
