Responsabilités
  • Fournir des services informatiques critiques pour divers sites Tarkett et utilisateurs
  • Agir comme remplaçant pour les autres sites pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise
  • Effectuer des déplacements pour prendre en charge des sites éloignés, participer à des réunions et des événements organisés par Tarkett
  • Assurer que les espaces de travail des nouveaux utilisateurs sont fournis et configurés avec le matériel, les logiciels demandés et l'accès de sécurité approprié
  • Mettre en œuvre, maintenir et prendre en charge les systèmes, le matériel, les logiciels et les appareils de téléphonie mobile, le matériel d'impression et les solutions de conférence des utilisateurs
  • Communiquer et conseiller directement les utilisateurs pour résoudre les problèmes dès qu'ils surviennent
  • Participer à la rotation des gardes pour assurer la disponibilité du support aux utilisateurs
  • Dépanner et effectuer les réparations matérielles de base
  • Gérer l'inventaire du matériel et des périphériques
  • Tester le nouveau matériel, logiciels et périphériques avant le déploiement
  • Documenter divers supports de formation à fournir aux utilisateurs finaux
  • Contribuer à la révision et à la création d'articles de la base de connaissances
  • Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques et procédures de maintenance
Compétences requises
  • Diplôme en science informatique, technologies de l'information ou expérience professionnelle pertinente équivalente
  • Expérience dans l'installation, la configuration, la documentation, les tests, la formation et la mise en œuvre de nouvelles applications et systèmes
  • Compétences approfondies en matière d'informatique, de matériel, de logiciels et d'analyse
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais
  • Expérience O365, MAC et Windows OS
