At Specialty Building Products, we are a leading manufacturer and distributor of wood and wood composite mouldings in North America and beyond. With facilities in Canada and the United States, we have established ourselves as a leader in the industry.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day marketing operations of our company. Working under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing current marketing strategies and contributing to the development of new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote our products and services
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with the Marketing Manager to drive sales growth
  • Assist in new product launches and campaigns to increase brand awareness
  • Create various marketing materials, both print and digital, to support our sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and meet sales targets
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the department, including managing shipping requests and inventory
  • Liaise with 3rd party agencies for design and print services
  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials and assist in the preparation of brochures and reports
  • Manage social media content creation and update website content regularly

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Suites
  • Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of social media and email marketing programs
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Ability to build relationships with external agencies and collaborate with the sales team
  • Bilingual capabilities (English & French)

Education/Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Graphic Design
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
