Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Petro Canada. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties.
- Merchandising: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies.
- Marketing: Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
Requirements:- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
