About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our renewable energy team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from conceptual studies to detailed engineering and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and energy storage systems
  • Perform detailed engineering work for high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical substations
  • Prepare technical specifications for the acquisition of electrical equipment
  • Conduct power system studies, including short-circuit, power flow, and cable ampacity analysis
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements
  • Professional certification in electrical engineering recognized in at least one Canadian province
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in renewable energy projects design
  • Experience with design software such as ETAP, Easy Power, and Cymcap
  • Knowledge of industry standards and interconnection requirements on different Canadian networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
