We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Kiehl's Since 1851. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and individual sales targets
  • Provide superior customer service and develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
  • Execute short and long-term plans to achieve sales goals and support the store's business strategy
  • Maintain a neat and organized store, including product and brand image presentation
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve productivity goals
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Oversee the team in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Communicate business results to the management team
  • Perform open and close procedures for the store
Requirements:
  • Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
  • Prior Key Holder experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required
Physical Environment:

The Key Holder will be required to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
